Holiday Shipping Notice

Please note that during the Christmas period and UK Bank Holidays, shipping times may be longer than usual. Orders placed after 2:00pm (GMT) on 23 December 2025 will be dispatched on 29 December 2025.

Our warehouse will also be closed on 1 January 2026, and orders will resume processing after this date.

We ship internationally with any duties pre-paid at checkout to avoid additional fees and delays at borders. When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Orders under £250 – £6 
Orders over £250 - Free

  • Place your order before 2pm GMT Monday – Friday for same-day dispatch and next-day delivery
  • Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday with next-day delivery 
  • Please allow an extra 2-4 business days for delivery to the Channel Islands
  • We ship with DPD
European Union

Please Note: We are aware of an issue with some shipments to Germany experiencing delays. Please look out for any communications from customs and notify us promptly so we can assist.
United States of America

We ship with DHL. We advise 2-5 working days, but items may get held up at customs.

Our delivery timeframes are only a guideline and not a guarantee. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking when you receive it to be kept in the loop with your parcel’s whereabouts.

Returns
