You’ll need to be logged into your account in order to access the portal. Select a suitable time for the courier to collect from you.
You will be able to download the label once you have completed the return steps. You will also receive a copy of your return shipping labels via email. Please note that the label can only be used once. Please follow the links if you would like to cancel your return or reschedule a collection.
You will be notified by email when your return is in transit and is received by us.
Your refund will be credited to your original payment method and can take up to10 business days dependent on your payment provider.
