Refund policy

Your Sophia Webster return must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure that you make your return through the returns portal on your Sophia Webster account. We are unable to take responsibility for returns using any other carrier.

We are only able to accept the return of unworn shoes and accessories. In order to protect the sole of the shoes please try shoes on a clean and carpeted surface. We regret that we are unable to accept the return of shoes that have marks on the soles.

We are unable to accept returns of earrings for any reason.

Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box or packaging will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.

When items are returned without the protective outer brown carton or requiring repackaging, a £30 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process once we have received the item back. If you are refunding to exchange size, please get in touch with us. Where your purchase was made via one of our global stockist partners, please contact the retailer directly for advice on how to make a return.
