DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Our delivery time starts when an order is shipped from our warehouse.

We’re a little busier than usual so if your order is taking longer to process and be dispatched, this is totally normal. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

All orders under $800 are delivered DDP (delivery duties paid) and are covered by Sophia Webster Ltd.  

However, please note that if you place more than one order in a 24 hour period under £800 and the combined totals reach $800 or above, you will be charged customs fees. We are unable to determine what amount those customs and duties might be and therefore recommend that you reach out to your local customs office before purchase so you are not surprised at any additional costs.

Where you are asked to pay for customs and duties, we at Sophia Webster cannot be held liable and will not be able to pay for these.

US CHRISTMAS ORDER CUT-OFF

Order before 12pm GMT on 15th December for delivery before on or before 24th December. 

Any orders placed after this time will likely not be processed by our fulfilment centre and dispatched until 28th December.

International DELIVERY Only

UK SHIPPING:
1 – 4 working days FREE

We have partnered with Global E to ship our international orders.

EUROPE DELIVERY (INCLUDING ROI): 
3 – 8 working days (€15 or equivalent)
Express, up to 2 working days (€25 or equivalent)

CANADA: 
3 – 10 working days ($40 CAD)

AUSTRALIA: 
3 – 10 working days ($50 AUD)

Rest of world SHIPPING: 
3 – 10 working days (FREE)

Our delivery timeframes are only a guideline and not a guarantee. We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking when you receive it to be kept in the loop with your parcel’s whereabouts.
