Returns must be arranged within 14 days of receiving your order, with items returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that certain items, including earrings, are non-returnable. We recommend checking the product details before purchasing.

Refund Processing Times

Once your return arrives with us, we'll work to get your refund processed as quickly as possible.

What happens next?

1. Return received

Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to inspect your return and check the item back into stock.

2. Refund processed

Once your return has been approved and checked into stock, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

3. Funds received

After your refund has been processed, it may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please allow up to 16 days from the date your return is delivered for your refund to be processed, followed by any additional time required by your payment provider.

Check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, for your refund confirmation email.

Have your order number and return tracking details ready so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Refused Deliveries & Import Duties

For orders shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), any applicable import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

If you refuse delivery and request that DHL return your parcel to us, please be aware that the return journey is not trackable. This means we cannot confirm when your parcel will arrive back with us.

Refused shipments can take up to four weeks to reach our warehouse.

Once your parcel has been received and processed, your refund will be issued, less a £25 return shipping fee.
