Returns must be made via our dedicated courier partner. We are unable to take responsibility for any returns made using any other carrier.
We are only able to accept the return of unworn shoes and accessories. In order to protect the sole of the shoes please try shoes on a clean and carpeted surface. We regret that we are unable to accept the return of shoes that have marks on the soles.
Please return your order in the original packaging: including the Sophia Webster box and dustbag.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.
Where your purchase was made via one of our global stockist partner’s, please contact the retailer directly for their advice on how to make a return.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
